Yoga Love studio interior in Larchmont, NY

A Sanctuary for Mind, Body, and Spirit

Yoga Love has been Larchmont’s premier yoga studio since 2010, offering a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore the transformative practice of yoga. Our mission is to create a supportive community where everyone feels comfortable beginning or deepening their yoga journey.

Founded by certified yoga instructor Sarah Chen, Yoga Love was born from a vision to make yoga accessible and approachable for everyone in the Westchester community. What started as small classes in a rented space has grown into a thriving studio with multiple rooms and dozens of weekly classes.

Diverse Class Offerings

We offer a wide variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Power Yoga. Whether you’re looking for a gentle introduction to yoga, an intense workout, or a meditative practice, our experienced instructors provide classes that meet you where you are on your yoga journey.

Our schedule includes early morning classes for those who want to start their day with intention, lunchtime sessions for busy professionals, and evening classes perfect for unwinding after work. We also offer specialized workshops, teacher training programs, and private instruction for those seeking personalized guidance.

“Yoga Love has transformed my life. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring, the community is supportive, and I always leave feeling centered and energized. It’s become my sanctuary.”— Patricia L., 5-Year Member

Community and Wellness

Beyond our regular classes, Yoga Love hosts special events including sound healing sessions, meditation workshops, and wellness seminars. We believe yoga is more than just physical practice—it’s a holistic approach to living that encompasses mindfulness, breath work, and community connection.

Our beautiful studio spaces feature natural light, bamboo floors, and calming décor designed to create a peaceful environment. We provide all necessary props and equipment, so new students can simply arrive ready to practice. Our welcoming atmosphere ensures that everyone, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, feels at home.

The Yoga Love community extends beyond the studio through social gatherings, outdoor yoga events in warmer months, and retreats that allow students to deepen their practice in inspiring locations. We’re committed to supporting our members’ wellness journeys both on and off the mat.

Instructors Who Truly Care

Every instructor at Yoga Love is fully certified and brings years of personal practice and continuing education to the mat. We hand-select each teacher not only for their technical knowledge of alignment, anatomy, and sequencing, but for their warmth, patience, and ability to make every student feel seen. Whether you’re working through a tight hamstring, recovering from injury, or simply learning the difference between Warrior I and Warrior II for the first time, our teachers offer thoughtful modifications and gentle encouragement so you can move at your own pace.

Many of our instructors specialize in particular areas—prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for athletes, trauma-informed practice, and meditation—giving members access to a remarkable depth of expertise without ever leaving the studio. We host quarterly continuing-education sessions for our staff so the teaching you receive at Yoga Love today is informed by the latest research in mindfulness, mobility, and breathwork.

Programs for Every Stage of Life

We offer kids’ yoga classes that build focus and confidence, teen workshops designed to ease the stress of school, prenatal series for expecting mothers, and gentle classes tailored to active adults and seniors. Our 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programs have graduated more than 150 certified instructors, many of whom now lead classes at studios across the tri-state area. Private and semi-private sessions are also available for students who want one-on-one attention or who prefer to practice with a small group of friends or family.

Beyond yoga, we offer guided meditation drop-ins, breathwork journeys, monthly sound baths with crystal singing bowls, and seasonal cleanses developed with a holistic nutritionist. New students are invited to take advantage of our intro special—two weeks of unlimited classes—so you can explore styles, meet instructors, and discover the rhythm that fits your life best.

Giving Back to Larchmont

Community is at the heart of Yoga Love. We donate a portion of every workshop fee to local nonprofits supporting mental health and food security, and we host free outdoor classes in Manor Park each summer that draw hundreds of neighbors together. Our annual charity yogathon has raised more than $40,000 for Westchester-based causes since 2015. When you practice at Yoga Love, you’re not just investing in your own well-being—you’re helping us build a healthier, more connected community.
